I was born with a heart murmur that limited both my physical exercise and my ability to plan for a long-term future. At 15, my cardiologist told me that I wouldn't survive having my wisdom teeth pulled and that without a risky operation, I wouldn't live past 25. Literally that same week, an IQ test published in Omni Magazine pegged me at a completely surprising 160.

Until then, I'd felt "less smart" than others and always assumed that there was something wrong with me, based on how I was treated. The sudden realization that I was misunderstood for the opposite reason was quite a shock. In that moment, I imagined that my intelligence could unravel the spiritual life that I longed for. And so, believing that I only had ten years to live, I set myself on a path to find teachers that could put me on a path of spiritual awareness.

For years I sought out experiences that would give me certainty of life-after-death. I gave up on having an adult life; mortgage, wedding, career, and instead sought out mystics and gurus that could advance my knowledge and understanding of self. While many of the teachers I met had valuable insights to share, it wasn't until I had a sessions with Patrick Collard that I actually experienced myself as an immortal spirit in a body. Until then, I'd felt the weight of impending expiration daily. It was, needless to say, a great relief.

I ended up training with Patrick over several years, taking various classes and the internship (for body language adjustments), including ten days of one-on-one intuition and manifestation training in Las Vegas.

Campus, imagined.

After I read Yogananda's Autobiography of a Yogi, Patrick shared stories of his encounters with Babaji that began when he was a child. In his twenties, Patrick found himself at Haidakhan with Babaji, and was instructed to provide body adjustments for devotees.

After several experiences with Babaji, I found Radhe Shyam's book I Am Harmony, where I first heard of Babaji's only complaint: that (hardly) anyone ever asks for the "real thing." In under a second, I committed to that path, not knowing where it might lead.

That led me on a meandering path that was sometimes perplexing and sometimes oddly unsatisfying, however it was always punctuated by outrageous messages or synchronicities that would confirm Babaji's hand in the lesson learned. For twenty years this continued until the lessons came together and solved a deep issue of disconnection for me. There was an instant, a moment of clarity, that flashed my training into a single sense of Unity. This sense isn't a thought or belief, but rather a body sensation that opens perceptions and abilities in wondrous ways.

Those twenty years are condensed into short self-study classes, complete with exercises that will help you 'Be Here Now' more easily, and from there, your perceptions and intuitive skills will upgrade. The classes are presented simply and without unnecessary flourish. As best as I can, I have created the college curriculum in the spirit of Truth, Simplicity and Love, andwith the goal to supporting Babaji's directive: "Seek the consciousness that we are all One."

I've done my best to lay out the program in a simple, easily understood way. Anyone who is seeking Unity Consciousness can experience this Oneness in a matter of months, or weeks. We start by unravelling our sense of disconnection, and then we expand our perceptions and abilities through real-world exercises.
